Brand Ambassador

Summary Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand experience and sales performance. Support store operations, visual standards, and contribute to a cohesive and inclusive team environment while developing skills for future leadership roles. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset. Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture. Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures. Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide sizing guidance. Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house, completing opening and closing tasks. Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment. Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance. Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities. Champion a professional positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred. Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel. Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate register. Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co‑workers.
