Manager, Business HR- Finance
AbbVie
Business HR manager serving as strategic partner to Finance leadership at AbbVie. Develops and implements people strategies, talent management programs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives to support business objectives and advance company culture.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR partner to Finance business leaders and develop aligned people strategies
- Coach leaders on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain talent for current and future needs
- Drive organizational effectiveness through design consultation and manager development
- Establish relationships with HR Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to coordinate delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of relevant human resources experience
- Knowledge of business regulations and strong business acumen
- Experience with competency models and talent assessment tools like 360 assessments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management or business experience
