CNA / Nurse Assistant/Acute Care Float

Please ensure the candidates are aware that they may be required to stay an hour or more beyond scheduled time on Tuesday during orientation week. Can we please make sure they are informed of this ahead of time? Additionally, we were informed today that while the hiring manager/core leader is discussing this with each candidate, there is no guarantee they will work exclusively as sitters while on the unit.

Please ensure the candidates are aware of this and confirm they are comfortable moving forward under these expectations.
