Product Marketer

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support product marketing efforts for their Certifications portfolio, with a primary focus on the US and LATAM markets. This person will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, customer research, and go-to-market strategy.

This is not a campaign marketing role. The ideal candidate will have experience taking customer and market research, identifying insights, and translating those findings into product positioning, messaging, go-to-market recommendations, and roadmap influence.

This person should be comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and regional stakeholders to better understand customer needs, market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and how certifications should be positioned in the market.

Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research

Gather customer insights and translate findings into product and marketing recommendations

Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions

Support go-to-market strategies and product launches

Partner with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities

Conduct competitive and market analysis

Create sales enablement materials and stakeholder presentations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Sales

Develop high-impact sales enablement tools including pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides, FAQs, and webinar content.

Pay Ranges from $30-$37/hr depending on experience

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves

Bachelor's degree

3-5 years of Product Marketing, Market Research, Product Strategy, or related experience

Must be in an approved state, preferred East coast!

Conduct customer and market analysis to inform segmentation, targeting, and positioning decisions

Perform competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, pricing considerations, and differentiation strategies.

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights that influence product direction and campaign effectiveness.

Track and analyze marketing KPIs including lead quality, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and market penetration.

Support marketing impact assessment efforts to identify areas for optimization

Utilize marketing systems and tools (e.g., automation platforms, CMS, analytics tools) to execute campaigns and measure performance

Monitor external market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics impacting education products.

Experience with Product Roadmaps

LATAM market experience

Spanish and/or Portuguese
