Urgent Care APP Manager (NP/PA) — Lead Clinician

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to step into a hybrid leadership role. You will balance hands-on patient care with oversight of a team of Advanced Practice Providers, leading, mentoring, and influencing care delivery in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You will supervise APPs, coach providers to improve clinical quality, monitor metrics, and collaborate with site leadership to optimize staffing and workflows while staying clinically #J-18808-Ljbffr GoHealth Urgent Care
