Regional Sales Manager - ASI

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Surgical Instruments to lead sales operations in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale market. This field-based leadership role focuses on account management, team development, and revenue growth for surgical platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement facility-level account plans with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Lead and supervise sales representatives to execute demand strategies and exceed division forecasts
- Manage recruitment, hiring, coaching, and career development of sales team members
- Coordinate demand and access resources tailored to facility-specific needs and opportunities
- Conduct financial analysis and contract negotiations to optimize customer and company outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years business and/or leadership experience
- 5+ years clinical sales, marketing, professional education, or commercial experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years coaching, mentoring, or training experience
- 1-2 years direct leadership experience managing employee groups
- Valid driver's license in one of the 50 US states
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple applications
