Family Medicine Physician

Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Mission Viejo, California.

The clinic prides itself on a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care, supported by a seasoned group of Family Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers, many of whom have demonstrated long-term dedication to the practice. Seeking a candidate who values teamwork and is committed to delivering high-quality care within the well-established framework. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing medical procedures and capable of serving a wide range of patients, from infants to geriatrics

Position Details:

Team-Based Care: Work alongside a stable team of experienced Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists and Behavioral Health Specialists dedicated to providing exceptional care.

• Full-time outpatient position

• Monday to Friday schedule, 4.5-day work week

• Light call

• Adult to geriatric patients with some young adolescent

• On-site Radiology, Laboratory

• Access to a comprehensive network of specialists

• Collaborative team with experienced physicians

• Support from advanced APPs and RNs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year

• Eligible for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Experience is required

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
