ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2011 and expanded with a second location in 2021. Today, our team includes 11 members working together across both offices. My journey with State Farm started as an intern, then a full-time team member while earning my MBA, and shortly after, I became an agent. That experience shaped how I lead today - with a strong focus on growth, teamwork, and long-term success.

I attended Stephen F. Austin State University and grew up in the Duncanville area. I’ve been married for 15 years, and my wife and I have four kids who keep life busy and fun outside the office. Family is a big part of who I am, and that same family-style approach carries into our office culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rick Smith - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
