PROPERTY MANAGER

You are searching for a highly motivated, goal‑focused, customer‑oriented team member to serve as Property Manager. As a Property Manager you will manage day‑to‑day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to the organization’s success. Job Details Salary: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour Store Address: 1320 GA Highway 40E GA, 31548 Essential Duties Independently manage daily property operations. Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts. Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits per company policies. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, focus on safety, and maximize rentable units. Job Qualifications Valid driver’s license required. Cash handling experience preferred. Ability to work unsupervised. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to multitask. Sales experience. Physical Requirements Perform property walks during shifts. Spend about 50% of time in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Maintain property cleanliness and appearance; perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs. Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations if required. Average Day: As a Property Manager, your day is dynamic and diverse. You start by preparing for opening—ensuring cleanliness, counting the cash drawer, and conducting a property walk. Throughout the day you assist customers, process rental agreements and payments, address concerns, perform regular inspections, and ensure security. Between customer interactions you may attend virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and training. The day ends with closing procedures and securing the property. You work weekdays with no Sundays, finish by 6 p.m., allowing a healthy work‑life balance.
