CNA Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

Care for multiple residents while respecting resident rights, dignity, and privacy

Assist nursing staff with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges

Assist nurses with treatments and resident examinations as directed

Assist with restorative and rehabilitation care under appropriate instruction and supervision

Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate nursing personnel

Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control practices

Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality

Work collaboratively and professionally with residents, families, and team members

Perform other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications

Current and valid CNA license in the State of Florida

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Ability to exercise sound judgment and make appropriate decisions when needed

Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel

Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to resident care
