Apprentice ElectricianAs an Apprentice Electrician with the Tesla Energy Commercial Deployment team you will have the opportunity to work under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Electrician on all phases of commercial PV, energy storage and super charging stations: Skills in all areas of electrical are not necessarily required, but the job can and will involve a variety of electrical disciplines and a strong candidate will be able to perform a variety of electrical tasks from distribution/production power, lighting and low voltage. Working as a team with the entire energy department, the apprentice electrician assist with new installation of: power distribution, transformers, lighting, and electrical equipment 480 VAC up to 1000VDC, Inverters, Batteries, DC strings under the guidance of a Licensed Electrician.This role is 80% travel.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and troubleshooting various types of electrical componentsUses complex electrical schematics and blueprintsConsulting manuals, reading and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, and schematicsPerforms a wide variety of job scopes.
