What You'll Do

As our Plant Manager, you'll lead all aspects of plant operations while driving performance in Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost. You'll provide leadership to department managers, develop future leaders, and work closely with corporate leadership to improve processes, increase efficiency, and deliver exceptional results. You'll also oversee budgets, manage plant performance, champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, and build a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Has 5+ years of Plant Manager experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Has a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Understands Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Has experience managing plant budgets and P&L performance.
• Can coach and develop department managers into future plant leaders.
• Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Is committed to creating a safe, quality-focused, and high-performance culture.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Don't have your Six Sigma Black Belt yet? That's okay. We'd love to see a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, with a willingness to continue developing your skills.
