Gastroenterologist Opportunity

Position Highlights

• 3 -4 dedicated scope days per week
• 4- or 5-day work week
• 10 days of call per month, including 1 weekend
• Low acuity, no trauma – community-based hospital
• Build your practice with autonomy
• Support from 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 physician, and 1 PSR
• Bread-and-butter GI

Procedures

• ERCP and EUS preferred
• Endoscopy required

Clinic

• 15-minute established visits; 30-minute new patients
• Half or full clinic days available
• Full day: up to 36 patients

Technology

• EMR: EPIC

Candidate Criteria

• Practicing physicians, 2026–2027 fellows, and J-1 visa candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary: $800,000 for the first 12 months, with significant earning potential well beyond that—many of our doctors consistently exceed their guarantee and reach the 90th percentile and beyond.
• Productivity-Based Compensation: Competitive model plus call pay, with additional quality bonuses of up to 2.5% on your guarantee
