What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric patients
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support and educate patients and families during emergency situations
• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic electronic medical record system
• Participate in unit protocols, emergency events, and floating to other floors if needed

What You Need

• Valid RN license issued by the State of Louisiana or the ability to obtain one
• A minimum of 2 years ER experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, TNCC
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work scheduled night shifts and be part of emergency teams when needed
