Back-of-House Stocking Supervisor — Retail Leader

Burlington Stores in Villa Park, IL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations and act as the primary supervisor of the stocking team. You will partner with store management to drive efficiency, safety, and merchandise flow to the floor.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligibility to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods is needed.
