Registered Dental Hygienist – Specialty Practice with a 3-Day Work Week
Galitsis & Bovino is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our specialized team in Westwood, New Jersey. Our office utilizes modern technology, including Dentrix practice management software and Dexis digital imaging, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Job Description
Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
Specialty Support: Maintain the hygiene of patients undergoing orthodontic treatment and those with complex prosthodontic restorations (implants, crowns, bridges).
Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital radiographs using Dexis imaging technology.
Documentation: Accurately chart patient conditions and treatment plans using Dentrix software.
Education: Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques tailored to their specific needs, such as caring for braces or dental implants.
Safety: Adhere to all sterilization and infection control protocols.
