Job Purpose:
To drive business growth through data analytics, MIS reporting, and business intelligence by providing actionable insights, sales performance tracking, and market trend analysis. The role supports strategic decision-making, sales enablement, and process automation to improve business performance and revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and sales dashboards to track product performance and market trends
- Analyze business data points and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present data-driven analysis for business heads during sales calls
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and data chapter for MIS automation
- Support sales team with customized data analytics and business intelligence to drive revenue growth
- Manage incentives, vendor payouts and score cards
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in data management in banking
- Demonstrated expertise in MIS development, sales dashboards, and business intelligence tools
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and trend forecasting
