Driver Recruiting Specialist — CDL Talent Scout

DSV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Driver Recruiting in Lancaster, TX to source, screen, and hire CDL-A drivers, ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance and a strong pipeline. You will partner with Operations and HR, run full recruitment lifecycle, and attend recruiting events; travel 3-5 times per year.
