Neurology Practice RN

This is a general neurology practice focused on treating patients with a variety of neurological illnesses, such as TBI, stroke, CVA, substance abuse, etc. An RN in this role will need to be well rounded, patient, and understanding of the nature of neurological illnesses. An RN in this role will:

• Manage Epic nurse in-boxes and work queues
• Triage and respond to patient phone calls and MyChart messages
• Process medication refill requests and route for provider signature as needed
• Manage and coordinate lab orders, imaging orders, and results
• Support high acuity neurology patients, including infusion related coordination (e.g., Leqembi)
• Transcribe and document voicemail messages into Epic
• Process inbound clinical faxes requiring provider review or signature
• Abstract and enter labs (e.g.)
