Recruiting Coordinator

Position: Recruiting Coordinator Location: Raleigh, NC Pay: $20/hour Experience: High-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate screening experience required. Experience conducting phone screens and evaluating candidate qualifications. Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with ADP Recruiting preferred. Education: High school diploma or GED is required. Type: Part-time; Contract Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Greene Resources is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ADP Tracking System. Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with candidates regarding application status, interview details, and next steps. Assist with posting job openings on internal and external job boards. Support recruitment efforts for manufacturing, administrative, technical, and professional positions as assigned. Partner closely with the Recruitment Manager to prioritize recruiting activities and hiring needs. Prepare interview schedules and coordinate candidate logistics. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruiting process. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information. Perform other recruiting and administrative duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager.
