The Service Lead/Keyholder is a part‑time leadership role responsible for daily store operations and team development. Key Responsibilities Drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking appropriate action to meet targets. Focus the team on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge. Maximize team performance through coaching, product education, and leading by example. Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members. Support the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management. Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness. Ensure consistent enforcement of policies, procedures, and operational directives. Represent Lolli & Pops to the community and serve as a store champion. Be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service. Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and handling multiple tasks daily. Positive attitude, fun‑loving spirit, and willingness to be coached.
