Building upon the foundational responsibilities of the Member Relationship Officer, this senior position is crucial to designing and delivering exceptional member experiences. The Senior Member Relationship Officer is accountable for elevating wallet share through engagement efforts, both inbound and outbound. This role ensures the maintenance of an exceptional standard of quality in member experience through service delivery. Key responsibilities encompass managing service requests, fostering relationships, addressing problem resolution inquiries, and providing support with teller functions.

Starting Range: $24.30 - $27.34
