Staff Pharmacist - Newark, Delaware

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available for a night shift role in Delaware, specifically located in Newark. This contract position offers the chance to apply your pharmacy expertise in a hospital setting while working evenings with a supportive schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and dispense medications accurately during night shifts
- Conduct clinical evaluations and ensure optimal pharmacotherapy for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and adjust medication plans
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations
- Pharm.D. degree or B.S. in Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience
- Current pharmacist licensure in Delaware, or eligibility to reciprocate licensure
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM
- Every third weekend rotation
