Overview
Are you ready to embark on an exciting career in real estate but unsure where to begin? Realty ONE Group Next Level is seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals eager to build a successful career in real estate. No prior experience is necessary to apply. If you possess the drive and excellent interpersonal skills, we will guide you through the licensing process and provide comprehensive training to help you start selling. Please note, this is a 1099, commission-only position, and an active NH real estate license is required before you can commence practicing.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will benefit from a consistent stream of warm, inbound buyer and seller leads generated by our cutting-edge marketing systems, ensuring you are never starting from scratch. Our exceptional training program, REV UP! , is specifically designed to accelerate new licensees' progress, helping you master lead conversion, client consultations, and negotiation from day one. You will be paired with an experienced mentor who will support you through your initial transactions. Recognizing that business development and lead generation are the primary challenges for new agents, we are committed to helping driven, coachable agents thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a Real Estate Sales Agent , your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining an active NH real estate license
- Proactively following up with team-provided inbound leads
- Conducting buyer and seller consultations, showings, and open houses
- Utilizing our CRM and tech tools to manage your pipeline
- Attending regular training and coaching sessions
- Contributing a collaborative, high-energy mindset to our dynamic team
