What We’re Looking For:

The Field Respiratory Lead is an exempt, field-based clinical leadership role responsible for supporting Area Managers by ensuring clinical competency, training compliance, and high-quality respiratory care delivery within the Respiratory Therapist (RT) population in their respective region. The Field Respiratory Lead provides peer coaching, clinical training, quality review oversight, and acts as a clinical resource within the assigned territory, in addition to performing standard Respiratory Therapist duties, as needed. The Field Respiratory Lead maintains a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Clinical for alignment on enterprise-wide clinical initiatives, telehealth support, clinical training standards, workflow optimization, and best practice implementation. 

This role requires independent judgment, advanced clinical expertise, and leadership accountability while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and company standards.
