Senior Product Owner Location: Shoreview, MN, US, 55126 About TSI We create solutions that protect people, products, and the environment across industries such as pharmaceuticals manufacturing, semiconductor, and research. Responsibilities Gather input from stakeholders to translate product vision and customer outcomes into detailed product requirements. Work with UX designers to create well-reasoned product requirements and iterate designs. Write user stories with appropriate level of detail to guide developers and QA, and continuously monitor and manage backlogs and priorities. Collaborate with the software development team to refine stories, establish sprint plans, and schedule releases. Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in partnership with product managers. Assess technical options and impacts during discussions with development teams. Understand sequencing of business and technical dependencies across the software ecosystem. Partner with QA to define functional and user acceptance testing scenarios and ensure release readiness. Serve as a subject matter expert on products, support internal/external customers, and triage system defects. Analyze product metrics to identify customer interactions and opportunities. Assist with preparing products for market release, collaborating across the organization. Provide leadership to ensure successful outcomes and delivery of innovative solutions. Adapt quickly to evolving market and emerging trends while learning TSI products and industries. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of equivalent experience acceptable. 5+ years of experience in software development, business analysis, marketing, or engineering roles (7+ years with an Associate's Degree). Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner with a record of launching and iterating products from requirements to launch. Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. Experience managing and prioritizing complex simultaneous projects.
