Job Summary and Qualifications

At Henrico Doctors' Hospital, our Women's Float Pool RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the hospital. While providing clinical and administrative support on the unit, you will also be responsible for performing and assessing plans and evaluates patient care needs. We are an amazing, hardworking team who is looking for a phenomenal addition like you!

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing pertinent data, communicating findings and documenting information
• Administering prescribed medications, changing dressings, cleaning wounds, and monitoring vital signs
• Instructing and educating patients and families
• Working in NICU, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Infant and OB/GYN Antepartum

Qualifications

• Must have night shift availability
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
• Current BLS certification
• At least two or more years of experience in at least two of the following focus areas: Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, OB/GYN Antepartum and/or NICU
