As a CNA at our campus, you will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. You will work beside other CNAs & Nurses to provide cares for our residents in long term care, rehab and memory care. Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position Shifts Available: (Days) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time & Full-Time) (Evenings) 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Part-Time & Full-Time) Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.96 per hour depending on experience. Shift Differential: Evenings$2 / per hour Nights$3 / per hour Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN. Document services performed on computerized charting system. Assist residents with prescribed program activities. Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor. Perform additional tasks as needed. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications: Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required. Must be at least 16 years of age. Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff. Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
