Requirements:

✔ Windows/Desktop Support Experience

✔ IMAC / Hardware Troubleshooting

✔ MS Office & Outlook Knowledge

✔ Peripheral / Network Device Support

✔ Strong Communication Skills

✔ A+ Certification Preferred

✔ Airline/Airport Experience Preferred

Must be comfortable with local airport travel, occasional overnight travel, on-call, weekend & off-hour support.
