Job Title: Application Support Engineer Location: Raleigh, NC – work from office 3 days a week Duration: Long term Contract Must have skills: ServiceNow or some ticketing system Must have experience with production support 1 to 3 years of total experience only Job Description We are looking for someone to be part of our Application Support Team. Following are key requirements: Some experience in doing Application Support Knowledge of some programming language and SDLC Experience with ServiceNow Preferring computer science graduate Ability to work in shifts and/or be on call outside US business hours Ability to quickly triage and react to incoming incidents and route them to appropriate party #J-18808-Ljbffr
