Growing together.Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:Performs physical assessments on patients with specialized conditionsDevelop and implement a plan of care for these patients, as well as prescribe medications, exercises and/or other treatmentsCollaborates with the clinical and administrative teams in the management of patient care. Maintaining continuity of care through the exchange of information with outside health and social agenciesServes as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists related to patient careTeaches and counsels individuals and groups with regard to specific health care needs. Together, we're making health care work better for everyone.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Allergy Medicine Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible in AllergyCurrent active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred Qualifications:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialtyCompensation for this specialty generally ranges from $254,000 - $480,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
