Our business is built on trust which has allowed for both our company, and our customers, to succeed together. Shift Availability Sunday to Thursday 2pm to 1am. Requirements for the shift include: Must have a valid TWIC card. Must be willing to also do OTR to Northern CA & local work (if needed to support supply chain). May be asked to work night shifts (if needed to support supply chain). Driver will be in company yard unless sent to port/airport/local routes for pick-ups (experience required with valid TWIC card). Delivery routes are touch freight (unload pallets by electric pallet jack). Pallets are pre-made by our warehouse; driver must check load before leaving. Must be able to back up 36ft-48ft-53ft trailers in tight spaces without complications. Responsibilities Assist with loading using electric pallet jack, closing trailer doors and releasing loading ramp (training provided). Manually unload palletized products to designated dry, frozen and cold storage areas for local markets/warehouses. Responsible for port pick-ups if working Port LB/LA; LAX - SAN BA, Local Routes (returns from customers), products for same day production. Qualifications Successfully complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Knowledgeable with ELD, DOT & FMCSA rules and regulations including Hours of Service and DVIR. Valid TWIC card. Flexible. Able to lift, push or pull up to 50+ lbs. Can work in a refrigerated environment. Experience No more than one moving violation in the past three years. Preferred 3+ years driving Tractor/Trailer - OTR-LOCAL. Must be able to back up 36ft, 48ft or 53ft trailer without complications. Language Must be able to write/read English.
