What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on nursing care to patients in psychiatric or behavioral-health settings
• Support assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring
• Assist with crisis intervention and therapeutic de-escalation
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Partner with nurses, physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Promote a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

What We're Looking For

For LPNs:

• Active LPN license in the state of Florida
• 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral-health experience preferred

For RNs:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Psychiatric or behavioral-health experience preferred

For All Candidates:

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required
• Current Health Certificate (per state or contract requirements)
• Meets all federal, state, and local employment standards
• Must be 18 years or older

Compensation

• LPN: $33 per hour
• RN: $43 per hour
• Opportunities for additional shifts depending on assignment
