Physical Therapist (PT)

A Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations resulting from injury, illness, or disability. The PT develops and implements personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to restore function, manage pain, and enhance the overall quality of life for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercises and manual therapy, to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Texas or compact license is required.

Work Environment

This position involves 8-hour day shifts and does not require weekend or on-call duties.
