TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85006!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days Certifications: Active BLS certification from an approved vendor Must-Have: - Life support certifications from approved organizations - No hits on state license to practice - Driver's license to verify residency - Med/Surg skills checklist completed in the last 12 months Description: Candidates will float per facility guidelines. There are weekend and holiday requirements. All candidates must be prepared to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. Requests for time off must be submitted and cannot exceed 7 days. No requests for time off are allowed during the first week of the assignment. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the offer process. Please list all facilities willing to work in along with the departments and shifts available. All submitted candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Immediate communication is required if a candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable.
