WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform detailed assembly and finishing work on custom oral devices
• Use tools and techniques such as trimming, polishing, forming, and wire work
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and specifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to continuous improvement in production processes

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a fast-paced production environment where performance, quality, and consistency are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on roles preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Dental lab or orthodontic experience
• Fine motor skill work (jewelry, crafts, electronics, etc.)
• Experience working with small tools and detailed components

PAY & BENEFITS

• $16–$20/hour starting pay (based on experience)
• 90-Day Evaluation with pay increase
