Warehouse Worker
The Warehouse Worker operates material handling equipment, uses RF scanners to process packages, and supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves moving pallets with powered industrial trucks, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory while following safety and quality standards.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently.
- Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting.
- Very basic computer skills to complete simple tasks.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
- Experience using an RF scan gun.
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or production environments.
- Familiarity with packaging, wrapping, and inventory processes.
- Ability to adapt to different shifts and training schedules as needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upton, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
