We’re hiring an Entrance Attendant to run the front door and set the tone for every guest’s experience. This role is a mix of hospitality + operations: warm greeting, firm policy enforcement, strong line management, and clear communication with the Manager .

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and provide quick orientation on how service works (bar ordering vs table service, etc.)

• 100% ID check — scan all IDs.

• Enforce accepted IDs only (valid/non-expired): state ID/driver’s license, passport, military ID

• Manage entrance flow and line protocol: keep a single-file line, keep the gate/sidewalk clear, proactively monitor the line (no sitting when there’s a line)

• Maintain safe capacity and follow MOD direction on counts and entry pacing

• Enforce key policies (no outside food; vendor deliveries not through the front door)

• Use door tools properly (counter, ID scanner, radio, stamp, sharpie) and keep them with you at all times

• Handle closing procedures and keep guests from congregating outside the gate when exiting
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and clean uniform throughout each shift.
• Support restaurant operations by assisting servers, runners, and managers as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
• Be available for evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business volume.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in door staff, hosting, security, or high-volume hospitality preferred

• Confident, calm, and professional—able to enforce rules respectfully

• Strong communication skills (in person + radio)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay alert on your feet for the full shift

Schedule / Availability

• Weekend and late-night availability required

• Shifts vary based on volume and events

• $10/hour + tips
