Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

To support a growing team, the remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent will provide custom quotes for home, auto, renters, and personal umbrella policies, focusing on converting inbound calls into sales while educating customers on policy options. Key responsibilities Provide custom quotes and convert at least 20% of inbound calls into sales Educate customers on policy options and navigate multiple systems during interactions Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products Required qualifications Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance (no current appointments preferred) 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in P&C insurance Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multitask effectively Verifiable high school diploma or GED
