CHAH Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - Full Time Day Shift

Home Support CoordinatorOversees the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled home care for patients to ensure the highest quality of care.Education:Graduate of an accredited nursing programExperience:Minimum one (1) year experience in professional nursing within the last three (3) years.Supervisory experience preferred.Minimum six (6) months experience in Home Health or Hospice preferred.Skills:Independent judgment, initiative and problem solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail and efficient prioritization.Reliable transportation as required by nature of position.Basic knowledge of computer preferred.Licensure/Certification/Registration:RN license active in the state of Missouri.BLS must be obtained within 90 days.Active Driver's License.
