Roofing/Siding Site Supervisor

GF Sprague of Needham, MA seeks a driven, detail-oriented Roofing/Siding Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee multiple active residential construction crews working hands-on to deliver best-in-class customer service to homeowners throughout our service area. Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate residential roof and siding projects from start to finish
• Supervise subcontractors and installation crews on-site
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project
• Oversee proper protection of our customers' homes and properties during construction
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Handle project documentation using basic computer tools
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer during installation

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in field-force site supervision (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
• Basic proficiency with computers and project tracking tools

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65K-$75K annual base plus sales performance based compensation
