RV Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our service team and ensure our customers' RVs are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. Dealership Location: 3045 North Service Road, Moore, OK 73160 Responsibilities: Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a variety of recreational vehicles. The primary duties will include: * Performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. * Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure RVs meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customers. * Documenting all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership's service management system. * Communicating with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance work. * Keeping up-to-date with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and technical bulletins. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition. * Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. * All other responsibilities as assigned. * Willing to learn all aspects of RV repair including house repairs * Current certification (RVIA/RVDA/RVTI) OR interest in completing online training courses for RVIA certification Requirements Minimum Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High school diploma or equivalent; RV experience preferred. * RVIA/RVDA certification or other relevant industry certifications (preferred) * Experience with computerized diagnostic tools and software (preferred). * Familiarity with warranty repair processes and documentation (preferred).
