Speech Therapist (ST) - Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days - 36 hours guaranteed per week.

The Speech Therapist (ST) will provide therapeutic services to patients, focusing on evaluations and treatment plans tailored to improve communication and swallowing disorders. The role involves designing and implementing intervention strategies, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on communication and swallowing strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid Speech Therapy license is required. Experience with diverse patient populations is preferred.
