Position: Cherry Picker & Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. (Mon-Fri)

Position Summary

The Cherry Picker & Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating Order Pickers and Sit-Down Forklifts, while supporting daily warehouse and floor operations. This position performs order picking, product movement, replenishment, loading and unloading, staging, inventory handling, and additional warehouse responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, productive, and willing to assist with floor responsibilities when not operating equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate cherry pickers/order pickers to pick individual items for Outbound shipments.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts, and Pallet Jacks to support additional Shipping operations.
• Pick and retrieve merchandise from warehouse racking according to work orders, pick tickets, or system instructions.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage pallets, products, and materials.
• Replenish pick locations and move inventory to designated storage areas.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, locations, and labels for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and complete required scanning or warehouse system transactions.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, staging, and inventory control as needed, on the warehouse floor.
• Pick, pack, label, sort, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Build, wrap, secure, and stage pallets.
• Break down pallets, cartons, and packaging materials.
• Stock and replenish warehouse locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Raymond Cherry Pickers
• Proven experience operating Sit-Down Electric Forklifts
• Proven experience operating Manual & Electric Pallet Jacks
• Experience in Order Picking, Shipping, and Receiving departments
• Proven experience picking and packing orders, contributing to inventory movement, and performing shipping responsibilities (shrink wrapping, labeling, loading).
• Willingness and ability to perform floor-level responsibilities
