Position Summary: We are looking for driven, ambitious, and highly mobile leaders to join our Regional Manager in Training (MIT) program. This full-time position is designed to develop the future leadership of Big Sandy Superstore through a comprehensive, hands‑on training path that prepares candidates to step into a Regional Manager role.
