Top-Tier Pay & Compensation:
- Strong Weekly Earnings: Average $1,900 - $2,200 gross weekly.
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 to welcome you to the team.
- High Mileage Pay: $0.70 to $0.80 CPM (based on verified experience).
- Unload Pay: $240 per unload (100% touch freight).
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop .
- Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul .
- Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
**Summer Retention Bonus | 5/18/26 – 8/15/26
Earn an extra $337.50/week for being available all week
- Home Weekly: Get consistent home time with approximately 80% of resets occurring on weekends .
- Daytime Hours: Keep a regular, healthy schedule with daytime driving .
- Operating Area: Regional routes covering ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, and IN.
- License: Valid Class A CDL.
- Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years. (Note: School/training time does not count toward experience).
- Physical Work: Must be willing and able to handle 100% touch freight (unloading freight at multiple customer locations).
- Safety: Must meet all DOT drug, alcohol, and safety requirements. Accidents, violations, and tickets are reviewed on a case-by-case basis .
