OUR Ad Operations team plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. We manage the technical and operational aspects of campaign delivery, from setup and launch to performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting. As a Junior Ad Operations Specialist, you’ll manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, work closely with experienced AdTech professionals, and take increasing ownership of campaign operations. YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION WHAT YOU’LL DO Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and monitor digital campaigns across Eskimi DSP, Google, Meta, and other platforms Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client KPIs Identify optimization opportunities and troubleshoot delivery or tracking issues Coordinate with Sales, Ops, and Tech teams to keep campaigns running smoothly Analytics & Reporting: Prepare campaign performance reports for clients and internal teams Analyze key metrics and share insights that support optimization decisions Use data to suggest improvements for current and future campaigns WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT Essential Interest in digital marketing or advertising Solid understanding of core digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, impressions, conversions, viewability, etc.) Hands-on experience with at least one ad platform: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or a DSP Attention to detail and genuine curiosity about how ads work Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Fluent in English (spoken and written) Experience working in a fast-paced, international team WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU Hands-On AdTech Experience: Work with real digital advertising campaigns, industry-leading platforms, and international markets while developing practical campaign management and optimization skills.
