Job Description
National practice of Neonatologists and Pediatric Specialists is looking for a BE/BC Neonatologist to join a team in Las Cruces, NM. Being the largest NICU in Southern New Mexico, there is significant opportunity to mold the unit and help foster its growth. The physician will have a flexible schedule with clinical duties for only half the month so that you can have an excellent work life balance.
- 16-bed Level III NICU
- Collaborative 2-Neonatologist model
- 24/7 in-house coverage with NNP support
- Strong interdisciplinary support and resources

- Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), equipped with the latest technology and resources to provide top-tier care.
- Our NICU is staffed by a dedicated team of experts, including full Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) support.
