Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring NRP and EFM certifications along with at least 2 years of L&D experience.

Details

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital environment
• Maintains patient ratios of 1:3-4
• Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:00
• Weekend shifts required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required between similar units
• No floating required to sister facilities

Requirements

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• STABLE certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required, 3 years preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Pending state license candidates accepted

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Accepts local candidates within the same local radius rule as travelers
• Limited to one RTO request during the assignment
• 13-week assignment length
