cleint is currently seeks a Business Analyst Payments (Cross-Border & RTP) to join our team in New York, NY . [Hybrid 3-4 days/week is must] . NOTES: Payments with experience in either of Fedwire, ACH or FedNow Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in payments, specifically in cross-border payments and domestic real-time payments (RTP). The ideal candidate will be skilled in translating business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements and working closely with stakeholders across product, technology, and operations teams. Experience with ACH payment systems is a plus. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment-related initiatives Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs in cross-border payments and domestic RTP systems Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirement validation, testing, and deploymentConduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with business objectives Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in payments Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions Required Qualifications 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in the payment domain Strong knowledge of cross-border payments and domestic real-time payment (RTP) systems Expertise in writing clear and detailed functional requirements and documentation Experience working with stakeholders across business and technology teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies Key Skills Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Functional Documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories) Payments Domain Expertise Stakeholder Management Process Modeling (e.g., BPMN, flow diagrams) Experience with ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment systems Understanding of payment networks, messaging standards (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT), and settlement processes Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks in payments #J-18808-Ljbffr Saransh Inc
